Security helps direct buses for one of the many
elementary field trips to NNU.

Kids get off the bus on the way to see a
Boise philharmonic percussion group.

  1. I enjoy the photos you selected, but I actually wish that you would have used one of the photos of the rows of buses to show how many kids were there. Also....you're a lucky duck that those buses were even there.

  2. Ian,
Well, I must say that you were taking advantage of the moment! I do like these images. The other image that stands out is the one w/ the kids and the tree shadow. If you were to do it again, it would be great to have gotten closer to the kids. Perhaps as they were walking in a line to the Brandt center, w/ the buses in the background. The feet image is a great idea, nice point of view! I think we get the story here, and you wrote in key information in the caption, nice.

  3. Both of your shots are intriguing because even though buses are things we see all the time, you used orginal angles to tell us the story of what was going on today with all those stinkin' buses outside! I really like the points-of-view you chose for both pictures.

  4. you lucky, lucky man.

i think you should have stuck with the one of the kids going across the field. i think the security photo detracts from the bottom picture...which is so great! way to get creative!

  5. way to seize the moment! these tell a good story. the bottom one could be a little more informative but i like where you were going with that angle. the top image does well to give us information of where this is going down. good work.

  6. Good thing you had the camera on you, eh? I really like the feet one, it's artsy and newsy at the same time. I like the three you chose because it tells the whole story.

    Nice job

  7. I like the last image. The way you captured the children as they got off the bus was a good idea. I like the way you captured the moment of the children traveling to our campus.
